The short version

  • November's PS Plus Monthly Games are Dead Island 2, Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered and Monster Train 2.
  • Claim them from Tuesday, November 3 to Monday, November 30, 2026. Every tier gets them, including Essential, which costs ₹649 a month in India.
  • Dead Island 2 and Tomb Raider IV-VI run on PS5 and PS4. Monster Train 2 is PS5 only.
  • Last call: October's F1 25, Hunt: Showdown 1896 and EDF: World Brothers 2 leave on Monday, November 2. Claim them before then.

Sony announced the lineup on October 28 on the PlayStation Blog. It's a nicely mixed month: a gory co-op zombie RPG, a nostalgia trip through three late-90s Lara Croft adventures, and a deckbuilder for people who like to plan every move. Some outlets listed MLB The Show 26 as a fourth game. It isn't on Sony's official list, and it was already a Monthly Game back in September.

Dead Island 2 (PS5, PS4)

Dambuster Studios' zombie game is set in "HELL-A", a Los Angeles overrun by the infected. You play a survivor who gets bitten but turns out to be immune, and the story follows you trying to find out why. Expect real LA landmarks, a cast of oddball survivors handing out quests, and a lot of very messy melee combat. Weapons can be modded with fire, electricity and acid, and the zombies visibly fall apart as you hit them.

It's an action RPG, so you level up and collect skill cards that change how you fight. The big plus for PS Plus: three-player online co-op. If you've got two friends on PlayStation, this is the one to play together this month. On Steam in India it normally lists at ₹2,800, so it's the most expensive game in the bundle.

Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered (PS5, PS4)

Aspyr and Crystal Dynamics' collection packs three classic games, sometimes called the "Darkness Trilogy":

  • Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation (1999), set mostly in Egypt
  • Tomb Raider: Chronicles (2000), a set of flashback adventures told after Lara's apparent death
  • Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness (2003), the moodier, Paris-set game that marked the end of the original era

The neat trick is that you can switch between the original polygon graphics and the remastered visuals at any moment. You get the modern look most of the time, and an instant time machine when you want it. These games are from the era of tank controls and tough platforming, so expect a learning curve if you grew up with the newer reboot trilogy. It came out in February 2025 and lists at ₹1,300 on Steam in India.

Monster Train 2 (PS5)

Shiny Shoe's sequel is the critics' pick of the month, with a Metacritic score of 87 for the PC version. It's a single-player deckbuilding roguelite. You defend a train with three floors stacked on top of each other, placing units and casting spells as enemies climb from floor to floor towards your pyre. Every run is different, and if your pyre falls, you start over with whatever you've unlocked.

The sequel adds five new clans to build decks around, new enemies, new units and card upgrades, and moves the setting to a war with the Titans in Heaven. It's also the only game this month that's PS5 only. If you liked Slay the Spire or Balatro, start here. It sells for ₹1,100 on Steam in India.

Which tier do you need?

Monthly Games come with every tier, so Essential is enough. In India that's ₹649 a month or ₹5,139 a year, which works out to about ₹428 a month. Extra costs ₹979 a month (₹8,709 a year) and adds the rotating Game Catalog. Deluxe, India's version of Premium, costs ₹1,109 a month and adds classics and game trials on top. Sony hasn't announced November's Game Catalog additions yet. It usually does that mid-month.

Prices for these three games on the PlayStation Store can differ from the Steam figures above, and all three often go on sale. Dead Island 2 is 90% off on Steam right now. Still, on paper, the three together list for ₹5,200, about eight months of Essential at the monthly rate.

How claiming works

Add each game to your library from the PlayStation Store or the PS Plus section on your console between November 3 and November 30. You don't need to download it right away. A claimed game stays playable for as long as you stay subscribed. If your subscription lapses, you lose access until you renew.

The first job of the month is the easy one: claim October's three games before November 2, then add November's on November 3.
